We are certified by the Quality Management Institute as a corrosion protection coatings company with a quality assurance program which satisfies the requirements of CSA CAN 3 - Z299.4-85.  The Q.M.I. file number is 000646.  We were the second galvanizing plant in North America to be certified.

All our products meet the requirements of CSA G164 plus our internal standards and specifications.

We are one of the most progressive galvanizers in North America to innovate with the latest methods to improve the appearance of the galvanized coating.

Training

It is our company philosophy that the single most significant contribution to a quality product, safety and efficiency, is a highly trained workforce.  Our galvanizer training is to our knowledge the most comprehensive of any galvanizer in the world.  It consists of videos, manuals, check lists, exams and questionnaires.  It is the responsibility of and is administered by the plant floor employees so that everyone is actively involved in the training program.  Our plant rotation system and the progression system (which pays for skill) reinforces our commitment to training and quality.
